TimoreseEnglish Club (“Tienclub”) is defined as a volunteer youth group-established onFebruary 21st, 2020 by a group committedyouth Timorese. Aim of this club is to give young Timorese space for learningto develop their soft skills and English ability through various activitiesincluding discussion, dialogue and debating. This initiative is set toprioritized those young people who have studied and learned English languagethrough formal and non-formal education that are now seeking places andopportunities to practice their English.
